Rounding up checkbox unchecked, but option turned on

After I upgraded to TimeStamp 3.20, I found my last task was rounded up to 15 min.

Then, I went to the Preferences dialog and found that the checkbox "Round Work Time Up" was unchecked. Only by checking and unchecking it again did this feature turn off.

It seems that there is some initialization value not present in the previous version which does not sync with the preferences dialog.

Thanks for the catch! I made the fix and it should work as expected in v3.21 which I just uploaded.
