Omissions in Version History (3.12 / 3.13.2004-0618 Beta)

I noticed that the Version History in both the official 3.12 and beta 3.13.2004-0618 only includes the changes up to 3.11 3-03-2003.

Maybe I am wrong, but I can not easily match up the bug-fix mentioned in the Readme.txt for 3.12 (see below) with the fixes mentioned in the Version History?

3.12 Readme.txt wrote:
Error message appeared when Windows 98 users clicked on the top fixed cell row of the grid when no tasks were present. This would appear for other OS versions if all tasks in the grid were deleted and then the top fixed cell row was clicked.
